Partnership working is at the centre of the South London Commissioning Programme’s approach to improving the quality of services for children and young people in the region.
We work with twelve South London Boroughs across two programme strands: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Looked After Children (LAC).

The SLCP have partnered with Link Maker, an inter-agency matching service aimed at finding placements for children in care, to develop an IT platform that will be used across the eight South London partner boroughs. The platform enables both providers and local authorities to list placements and referrals, communicate with one another securely and quickly find the best placements for children in care.
